We believe there is one true God. He is the eternal King who made everything and saves us. God is holy, fair, loving, and always truthful. He has always existed and has shown Himself as one God in three persons:
God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe the Bible is God’s Word. It is inspired by Him, completely true, and our final guide for how we live and believe.
We believe people were created by God in His image to know Him and enjoy Him. But we chose our own way instead of God’s way. Because of sin, sickness, death, and brokenness came into the world, and creation still feels the effects today.
We believe Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He is God’s chosen One, sent to bring God’s kingdom to earth.
Jesus died on the cross for our sins, was buried, rose from the dead, and returned to heaven. He is alive today—both with God the Father and living in His people. Jesus is fully God and fully human.
We believe we are saved by God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Anyone can be forgiven and restored to God by turning away from sin and trusting Jesus as Saviour and Lord.
The Holy Spirit works in us—showing us our need for God, giving us new life, making us right with God, helping us grow, and welcoming us into God’s family as His sons and daughters.
We believe the Holy Spirit lives in believers and helps them live holy lives and serve God with power.
The baptism of the Holy Spirit, as described in Acts 1 and 2, is given so believers can receive power to be witnesses for Jesus.
We believe Jesus’ victory on the cross brings freedom from the power of the enemy—including sin, lies, sickness, and torment.
We believe the Church is made up of all who trust in Jesus. Jesus gave the Church baptism and communion.
The Church exists to continue the work of Jesus—sharing God’s love, living out the gospel, making disciples, baptising people, and teaching them to love and obey God.
We believe Jesus will return one day in glory. This is our great hope. He will rule and reign with His Church.
We believe heaven and hell are real. One day everyone will be raised—those who are saved to eternal life with God, and those who reject Him to eternal separation.
